Connexa.ai is a B2B customer service platform built for small to medium businesses (SMB’s). It was created to make it easy for SMB’s and their founders to maintain the human connection with their customers through omni-channel digital support + using machine learning to deliver real-time insights. Connexa.ai is a Toronto-based SaaS start-up and was founded in 2020.

The problem
Let’s face it, competition in the e-commerce space is fierce. SMB’s are suffering with growth + retention due to the inconsistent customer service experiences felt across their digital channels. With consumer expectation of quick responses and resolutions at an all time high, staying connected to customers has proven to be a difficult task. This is a result of the use of multiple systems, clunky and expensive platforms, or simply the lack of data to track what is going wrong.
The Outcome
An all-in-one inbox that connects multiple customer support channels into one place. A platform with an AI-powered dashboard that empowers businesses to make data driven decisions to improve their products and services.
